WICHITA, Kan., Jan. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- The Internal Revenue Service has programs that will provide speakers for your organization and workshops for small business owners.
If your organization has a special interest such as retirement income, special tax rules for the handicapped, or any other federal tax related issue, the IRS will be glad to provide a speaker. You can learn how your tax returns are processed, what to do when you get a notice from the IRS or how modernization of new equipment and technology will affect the way tax returns are filed in the future.
For small business owners the IRS offers small business workshops to inform them of the tax laws that affect small businesses and the tax forms that they will need to file.
For more information about either of these programs, call your local IRS Taxpayer Education Coordinator at 800-829-1040.
