IRI introduces new corporate name.

CHICAGO -- SymphonyIRI Group Inc. is the new name for Information Resources Inc.

Pursuing the goal of enabling consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail and health care companies to drive growth through innovative insights, marketing and sales, SymphonyIRI builds on an established leadership position in market measurement and adds a new family of solutions for predictive and automated analytics, technology platforms, and strategic consulting services to deliver a step change in value.

An important foundation of these new capabilities is the Advantage Solutions suite, built on the IRI Liquid Data (ILD) platform.
