IREM has a new university partner.
Marylhurst will transfer specific credits earned at IREM toward a bachelor's degree in Real Estate Studies. Individuals who have earned IREM's CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation receive 27 credits toward a Real Estate Studies degree from Marylhurst.
Paul Aragon, chair of Marylhurst University's Center for Professional Real Estate Studies, said, "Many choose our program because they can jump-start a degree by earning credit for prior training and advanced studies. Because classes are delivered online, students have the flexibility to participate in course work as their schedules allow."
Tony Smith, IREM president, said, "We are always eager to encourage profess-ional development. Marylhurst's courses are available online, so IREM members can participate no matter where they live or conduct business."
