INVESTORS BANK, F.S.B. NAMES KRANING VICE PRESIDENT, REGIONAL MANAGER

WAYZATA, Minn., Feb. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Investors Bank has appointed Larry D. Kraning vice president and regional manager for St. Paul, Minn. In this newly created position, Kraning will oversee operations of the Investors Bank retail banking offices in St. Paul, Roseville and Highland Park, Minn.
Kraning joins Investors after 23 years with Norwest Bank where he was most recently a commercial lender in Norwest's Burnsville, Minn., office. Kraning has also served as vice president and branch manager for Norwest's Eagan, Minn.; Lake Street and Old St. Anthony offices. Before his branch management assignments, he worked for 10 years in Norwest's downtown St. Paul bank.
"Customers in St. Paul and the eastern half of the metro area have been instrumental in our growth," said James M. Burkholder, chairman and chief executive officer of Investors Bank. "With Larry in place to oversee our operations in the St. Paul area, we are better positioned to ensure continuing focus on their particular needs."
Kraning is a 1966 graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Madison, with a B.A. in economics. He serves on the board of directors of the Eagan Foundation and the Eagan Crime Prevention Association.
A native of Hartford City, Ind., Kraning now resides in Eagan.
