 INTERWEST SAVINGS BANK ANNOUNCES FIRST-QUARTER DIVIDEND
 OAK HARBOR, Wash., Dec. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- InterWest Savings Bank (NASDAQ: IWBK) declared a first-quarter dividend for the quarter ending Dec. 31 of 3.5 cents per share. The dividend will be paid on Jan. 10, 1992, to shareholders of record on Dec. 27. Interwest has paid a regular quarterly dividend in each quarter of 1991. This cash dividend reflects a 16.66-percent increase from last quarter, up from 3 cents per share.
 InterWest is a state-chartered savings bank which conducts business through 26 full-service offices in the northwest and north central parts of the state of Washington. At Sept. 30, InterWest had assets of $662.2 million.
