INTERNATIONAL TELECHARGE COMPLETES MANAGEMENT REORGANIZATION;
ROBERT E. LUND RESIGNS AS PRESIDENT
DALLAS, Feb. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- International Telecharge, Inc. (AMEX: ITI) today announced the resignation of Robert E. Lund as president. The announcement was made by ITI Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Ronald J. Haan.
Lund will remain as a member of the company's board of directors. His resignation as president is part of an overall reorganization of the company's management structure, which was announced on Nov. 22, 1991. At that time, Lund was elected interim president, until the management reorganization subsequent to the company's acquisition of the Telesphere Communications, Inc. assets could be completed.

International Telecharge, Inc. is a national telecommunications supplier of network-based operator and information services, primarily to hotels, payphone owners and other interexchange carriers.
