 AWARDED AIR FORCE CONTRACT FOR ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAMS
 TORRANCE, Calif., May 29 /PRNewswire/ -- International Technology Corp. (IT) (NYSE: ITX) announced today that it has been selected for the award of a delivery order contract by the Air Force Center for Environmental Excellence (AFCEE) at Brooks Air Force Base, Texas. The award has an estimated value of up to $5 million in the first year with four option years, each valued at a maximum of $5 million. The contract will provide for design services in support of Air Force environmental programs on a nationwide basis.
 IT will provide design services for remedial action projects in accordance with Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and Resource Conservation Recovery Act (RCRA). IT is prepared to accomplish the design projects from any stage of the Remedial Investigation, including conducting additional investigation, or accomplishing the design based on completed Records of Decision.
