 WILMINGTON, DEL., USED OIL RECYCLING CENTER
 MIAMI SPRINGS, Fla., July 17 /PRNewswire/ -- International Recovery Corp. (IRC) (NYSE: INT) announced today that its International Petroleum Corp. of Delaware subsidiary has been granted previously applied for air permits which are required for the Company's used oil recycling facility in Wilmington, Del.
 The construction of the Wilmington facility is nearing completion and the company expects that used oil recycling operations will begin in the early fall.
 "We are pleased that state environmental officials have favorably completed their review of these permit applications," said Jerrold Blair, president of IRC. "Now that this delay is behind us, we can look forward to the start up of this regional recycling program which will provide a valuable environmental service to the citizens of Delaware and the Mid-Atlantic states and produce useful recycled fuel products."
 International Recovery Corp. provides aviation fueling services to commercial air carriers and recycles used oil in the southeast and Mid- Atlantic United States. IRC also provides environmental consulting and remediation services in Florida.
