INTERNATIONAL MAHOGANY CORP. CHILEAN COURT ORDER LIFTED
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Sept. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- International Mahogany Corp. (Toronto: IMY.B) is pleased to announce that the Chilean court has ruled in favor of the company on the recent injunction which prevented the company from shipping copper precepitates. This injunction was imposed on the company as a result of a dispute which had arisen between the company and its mining contractor at the Tuina copper mine in northern Chile. The lifting of the court order allows the company to resume the sale of its precipitates as well as to recommence mining activities at Tuina.
