INTERNATIONAL GAMING MANAGEMENT SUBSIDIARY BORROWS TO FINANCE LOCATIONS

LAS VEGAS, Nev., Jan. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- International Gaming Management, Inc. (IGM) (Electronic Bulletin Board: IGMM) today announced that its consolidated subsidiary, Louisiana Gaming Management, Inc. (LGM), borrowed $750,000 from a private source to continue the financing of locations in Louisiana.
Currently, LGM has approximately 830 video poker machines installed in Louisiana and is the largest video poker route operator in Louisiana. IGM will continue to seek debt financing for its subsidiary in order to finance truck stops and other multi-machine locations. Douglas Polinsky, IGM's president, stated, "That due to the success of LGM, LGM can now seek its own funds without the need of IGM to finance LGM through the sale of IGM equity."
