INTERGRAPH CANADA TO RESELL INCONTEXT PRODUCTS

 TORONTO and HULL, Quebec, June 15 /PRNewswire/ -- InContext Corporation (VSE: INI) and Intergraph Canada today announced the signing of a Value-added Reseller agreement whereby Intergraph will sell the InContext(TM) Structured Document Editor as part of Intergraph systems.
 The InContext software is designed for more efficient and effective document preparation. It conforms to a standard of the International Standards Organization (ISO) known as the Standard Generalized Markup Language (SGML).
 Intergraph will initially focus on marketing InContext's innovative SGML technology in its Technical Information Management solutions in the defense, government, manufacturing, utilities, and vehicle design markets in which it is a leading force.
 InContext President Robert Arn commented on the agreement, "The InContext marketing plan is to position our product in major markets by forming a strategic alliance with a market-leading vendor in each sector. In signing this agreement with Intergraph, No. 1 in North America, we have undoubtedly achieved our goal for the CAD/CAM/CAE sector."
 Intergraph Canada's General Manager and CEO, Tony Hladun, added that Intergraph's world-wide leading position as a total solutions supplier of graphics based Technical Information Management (TIM) systems requires strategic partnerships with key vendors in various computer fields. This agreement with InContext brings to Intergraph a stronger and broader SGML product offering and a partnership with a quality supplier of computer-based document technology.
