INTERFIRST BANKCORP DECLARES DIVIDEND
INTERFIRST BANKCORP DECLARES DIVIDEND ANN ARBOR, Mich., April 29 /PRNewswire/ -- InterFirst Bankcorp, Inc.
(NASDAQ: INFB), holding company for InterFirst Federal Savings Bank, announced today that the corporation's board of directors has declared a cash dividend. The dividend of 7 cents per share will be paid on May 18, 1992, to stockholders of record as of May 6, 1992.
Stanley H. Rhodes, chairman and chief executive officer, stated that the board of directors authorized payment of this dividend following the corporation's continued positive operating results. The bank reported earnings of $1.19 per share for the three months ended March 31, 1992. InterFirst Federal Savings Bank is in its 102nd year and is headquartered in Ann Arbor. The bank serves Washtenaw County from five branch locations. On March 31, 1992, the bank had assets totaling $200 million.
