INTERFIRST BANKCORP DECLARES CASH DIVIDEND
INTERFIRST BANKCORP DECLARES CASH DIVIDEND ANN ARBOR, Mich., July 31 /PRNewswire/ -- InterFirst Bankcorp, Inc.
(NASDAQ: INFB), holding company for InterFirst Federal Savings Bank, announced today that the corporation's board of directors has declared a cash dividend. The dividend of 7 cents per share will be paid on Aug. 21, 1992, to stockholders of record as of Aug. 10, 1992.
Stanley H. Rhodes, chairman and chief executive officer, stated that on July 27, 1992, the board of directors authorized payment of this dividend following the corporation's continued positive operating results. The bank reported earnings of $1.73 per share for the three months ended June 30, 1992. InterFirst Federal Savings Bank is in its 102nd year and is headquartered in Ann Arbor. The bank serves Washtenaw County from five branch locations. On June 30, 1992, the bank had assets totaling $189 million.
