INTERFACE AND SNYDERGENERAL CORPORATION SIGN LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR INTERSEPT

 LAGRANGE, Ga., April 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Interface, Inc. (NASDAQ: IFSIA), announced today the signing of a sales and license agreement with SnyderGeneral Corporation, based in Dallas, for incorporation of the company's unique antimicrobial agent, Intersept(R), into air filtration products. The company's subsidiary, Interface Research Corporation, and SnyderGeneral Corporation entered into an arrangement under which SnyderGeneral will have the right for a defined period to incorporate Intersept into certain of its American Air Filter (AAF) products sold in the United States and Canada.
 Intersept, which inhibits the growth of a wide variety of bacteria and fungi, including mold and mildew, is the ideal product enhancement for certain of SnyderGeneral's broad range of high quality AAF air filters.
