 INTERACTIVE TECHNOLOGIES ANNOUNCES PURCHASE
 NORTH ST. PAUL, Minn., May 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Thomas Auth, president


of Interactive Technologies, Inc. announced today that ITI Acquisition Corporation, a company organized by ITI's management and MLGA Fund II, had purchased 100 percent of the ownership of Interactive Technologies, Inc. from PSI Holdings, Inc., a U.S. holding company controlled by ADIA S.A. of Switzerland. MLGA Fund II is an equity investment partnership managed by Morgan Lewis Githens & Ahn.
 ITI, the leading manufacturer of wireless security systems for homes and businesses, is based in North St. Paul. ITI revenues have grown from $1,000,000 in 1983 to an estimated $55,000,000 in 1992. ITI has approximately 350 employees in its North St. Paul location and sells its products through a large network of U.S. and foreign dealers and distributors as well as through private label arrangements with some of the security industry's largest installation and monitoring companies.
