 AND ANNOUNCES THE CONTINUATION OF FLORIDA GROWTH
 WALLED LAKE, Mich., Feb. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Inter-Active Services, Inc. (ITAS) today announced its six-month financial results.

 Sanford Siporin, president and chief executive officer, stated that the rapid Florida expansion has contributed to the doubling of net sales and the reduction of the net loss by $291,000 from $389,000 to only $98,000. Siporin further announced the acquisition of $300,000 of recurring monitoring revenue from Alarms by Securacom in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., for approximately $700,000 in cash and stock.
 Inter-Active has completed the acquisitions of Alarm Central, Inc. (Tampa and Orlando, Fla.), Crime Prevention Associates (West Palm Beach, Fla.), and Palm Sun Corporation dba Precision Security (Delray Beach, Fla.).
 Inter-Active Services, Inc. is a security alarm company providing intrusion, fire and medical alarms in Michigan and Florida. Inter- Active trades on the NASDAQ (OTC) Electronic Bulletin Board under the symbol ITAS.
