INTEGRATED LABS INC. AND LASERTECHNICS INC. SIGN LETTER OF INTENT FOR SALE OF EXCIMER LASER TECHNOLOGY

 ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., June 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Lasertechnics Inc. (NASDAQ: LASX) of Albuquerque and Integrated Labs Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ITLB) of Andover, Mass., announced that they have signed a non-binding letter of intent for Integrated's purchase of all assets of Lasertechnics' Excimer Laser Division.
 Subject to obtaining all necessary consents, the satisfactory completion of Integrated's due diligence review, and execution of a definitive contract, Integrated proposes to acquire patents, prototypes, engineering feasibility studies, machinery and equipment and all other assets of the Excimer Laser Division. The agreement calls for closing the acquisition within 120 days. The proposed purchase price is $2.5 million in cash.
 Integrated, based on its initial review of the technology, believes it will have commercial applicability in numerous environmental markets. Other applications are expected in such markets as semi conductors, aerospace, packaging, photochemical processing and special materials handling.
 Under its licensing agreement with Safe Alternatives Corporation Inc., Integrated is currently attempting to bring enviro-friendly polyurethane foams to market as well as developing a gamma irradiation process for the high-speed sterilization of medical waste. Integrated plans to acquire and market other environmentally related products, processes and technologies.
 Lasertechnics designs, manufactures and markets laser marketing systems to the electronic, medical and consumer packaging industry and digital imaging systems for computer graphics and image processing applications.
