INTEGRA ISSUES $100 MILLION OF SUBORDINATED NOTES AT 6.5 PERCENT

 PITTSBURGH, April 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Integra Financial Corporation (NYSE: ITG) said today that it is issuing $100 million principal amount of its 6-1/2 percent Subordinated Notes Due 2000 in an underwritten offering.
 The price of the Subordinated Notes to the public is 99.639 percent, resulting in an effective yield of 6.57 percent.
 The First Boston Corporation; Keefe, Bruyette and Woods, Inc. and Morgan Stanley and Co. Incorporated are underwriting the offering.
 It is expected that the Subordinated Notes will be delivered on or about April 19, 1993.
