INSTEEL INDUSTRIES ELECTS NEW DIRECTOR
INSTEEL INDUSTRIES ELECTS NEW DIRECTOR MOUNT AIRY, N.C., Nov. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- C. Richard Vaughan,
chairman of John S. Clark Company, Inc., a Mount Airy, N.C., construction firm, was elected today as a new member of the Insteel Industries Board of Directors, Howard O. Woltz, Jr., chairman of the board, announced.
Vaughn is also president of Riverside Building Supply, Inc. and holds membership on the board of directors of the North Carolina Granite Corp. and the Board of Transportation of the North Carolina Department of Transportation. He is a past member of the Board of Trustees of North Carolina State University. He replaces Robert M. Engelbrecht, who died in an auto accident in Florida on Sept. 6. Insteel Industries, Inc., one of the nation's largest wire products manufacturers, produces welded wire reinforcement, high and low carbon industrial wire, galvanized fencing products, nails, specialty wire fabrics and the Insteel 3-D building panel. -0- 11/11/91 /CONTACT: Howard O.
