INSIGNIA SYSTEMS ANNOUNCES DEPARTURE OF ITS CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

 MINNEAPOLIS, Oct. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- G.L. Hoffman, president of Insignia Systems, Inc. today announced that John A. Fahlberg, its executive vice president of finance and CFO is leaving to become the executive vice president of finance and CFO of First Nations Gaming, Ltd., a development stage gaming company.
 Hoffman said he was sorry to see Fahlberg leave and appreciates the contributions Fahlberg has made in helping build Insignia Systems, Inc. from a start-up company to a growing, profitable public company.
 Fahlberg stated that he was sad to be leaving, but that he was presented with an opportunity with a promising, young development stage company that he couldn't refuse.
 Ron McClurg, Insignia's controller, will be handling investor relations until a new CFO is named.
