INSIGNIA SYSTEMS ANNOUNCES ALLIANCE WITH MULTI-AD SERVICES

 MINNEAPOLIS, April 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Insignia Systems, Inc. announced today that it has formed a strategic alliance with Multi-Ad Services, Inc. of Peoria, Ill. The two companies have signed an agreement that allows Insignia to incorporate the Kwikee(R) Illustration Systems branded electronic product art library into a new software sign and label system being offered by Insignia.
 The ability to place branded images on signs and labels is a significant improvement over current methods," said G.L. Hoffman, Insignia president. "The resulting sign or label is attractive, customer-friendly, and will sell more product for the retailer."
 "Our goal in forming this strategic alliance with Insignia is to offer our 500 plus consumer goods manufacturer clients an effective medium to greatly enhance in-store signage on their displays.  The Kwikee System has been distributed to the grocery and drug trade for over 26 years and is now offered in both a traditional paper format as well as a CD-ROM based image library, the latter being introduced in 1986.
 Insignia is currently offering the Kwikee Systems Library in concert with their Stylus(R) software product for creating signs and labels. In addition, Insignia offers the Impulse Sign System to independent retailers. Both products will be on display by Insignia (booth number 7532) at the upcoming Food Marketing Insti
 Also at FMI, Multi-Ad Services will be exhibiting (booth number 6941) the Kwikee Systems library as well as the Electronic Ad Department Service including Multi-Ad Creator(R), Multi-Ad Search(R), and Ad- Builder(R) General.
