INNODATA CORPORATION ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

 BROOKLYN, N.Y., Oct. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Innodata Corporation (NASDAQ-NMS: INOD), a company performing data entry, scanning, indexing, abstracting, typesetting and composition and related services to customer specifications today reported that Martin Kaye, CPA, has joined the company as its chief financial officer. For the last 10 years Mr. Kaye was an audit partner at Deloitte & Touche, where he specialized in serving public and privately held businesses in the middle market. Mr. Kaye served as an advisor to his clients in numerous merger and acquisition transactions and has extensive contacts in the banking and investment community.
 Innodata Corporation performs data entry, data conversion, scanning, indexing and abstracting and related services using a 2,300-person workforce in the Philippines, where the wage rates are substantially lower than the prevailing rates in the United States and Europe. Sales, administration and customer support operations are provided from the company's offices in New York City and Maryland. The company serves major legal, medical, scientific, financial and technical publishers and electronic information services in the United States and Europe. The company also offers typesetting, composition and related publishing services from its facility in Maryland.
