INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING OF PEER REVIEW ANALYSIS, INC. BOSTON, Dec. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Peer Review Analysis, Inc.
(NASDAQ: PRAI) announced that its registration statement for the initial public offering of 1,150,000 shares of the company's common stock was declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission on Dec. 4, 1991 and that on Dec. 5, 1991 the company's common stock began trading on the NASDAQ Market under the symbol PRAI. The initial price of the common stock was $10.50 per share. Tucker Anthony Incorporated managed the underwriting.
