INDIANA FEDERAL DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND
INDIANA FEDERAL DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND VALPARAISO, Ind., Jan. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of
Indiana Federal Corp. declared a quarterly dividend of 20 cents per share, a 33 percent increase from the 15 cents per share quarterly dividend paid during fiscal 1991.
The increased dividend is payable Feb. 28, 1992, to shareholders of record as of Feb. 14, 1992. "Because of our strong capital position and improved earnings, the board is pleased to be able to increase the dividend amount payable to our shareholders," stated President Peter R. Candela.
