 What: Independence Blue Cross and Pennsylvania Blue Shield
 1992 Community Health Care Report. The 14th annual
 Community Health Care Report will discuss the trends and
 developments in the health care industry in the five-
 county southeastern Pennsylvania region. The theme of
 the program will be "Health Care in the Next Decade."
 Where: The Wyndham Franklin Plaza Hotel, Wyndham Ballroom, 17th
 Street between Race and Vine streets, Philadelphia
 When: Tuesday, May 26, 3:30 p.m.
 Who: Remarks will be made by:
 -- G. Fred DiBona Jr., president and chief executive
 officer, Independence Blue Cross
 -- Samuel D. Ross Jr., president and chief executive
 officer, Pennsylvania Blue Shield
 -- George F. Grode, senior vice president, corporate
 affairs, Pennsylvania Blue Shield
 Keynote speaker -- William L. Kissick, M.D., Dr. P.H.,
 professor of Health Care Systems, The Wharton School.
 Kissick will discuss "Health Care in the Next Decade."
