 SAN DIEGO, Nov. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- InCoMed Corp. (NASDAQ: INCM) today announced that on Nov. 18, 1993, Lee Hulsebus, formerly president, chief executive officer, tendered his resignation as a director, officer and employee of the company. Hulsebus' resignation was to be effective immediately. The company also announces that on Nov. 19, 1993, Dr. Dietmar Rabussay tendered his resignation as a director, officer and employee of the company's wholly owned subsidiary, InCoMed Inc. and as a director of the company. Rabussay's resignation was to be effective no later than Dec. 19, 1993. Rabussay, formerly president of InCoMed Inc. expressed his desire to become a consultant to the company and its subsidiary to continue the development and enhancement of the Barrier Integrity Monitor and related products.
 InCoMed, through its subsidiaries, operates two primary businesses; the marketing of medical products for infection control and women's health and the transportation of containerized cargo from South Florida to the Caribbean.
