INCO HOMES CORP. ANNOUNCES BOARD OF DIRECTORS

 UPLAND, Calif., May 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Upland-based Inco Homes Corp. (NASDAQ: INHM) has announced the appointment of four independent directors to its board of directors. Joining existing directors Ira C. Norris and Steven A. Vliss, are Professor Meyer Feldberg, Dr. Preston Martin, Ronald L. Neeley, and Martin T. Hart.
 Feldberg is the dean of the Graduate School of Business at Columbia University in New York. He also sits on the boards of PaineWebber Funds, Di Giorgio Corp., AMSCO International Inc. and Federated Department Stores.
 Martin is a former professor of finance and director of executive programs at the University of Southern California. He has also been chairman of the Federal Home Loan Bank Board and vice chairman of the Federal Reserve Board of Governors, as well as a homebuilder and the founder of PMI Mortgage Insurance Co.
 Ronald L. Neeley is the founder and president of Maintenance Warehouse/America Corp. Neeley's San Diego-based company is the nation's largest distributor of replacement parts for plumbing, electrical and hardware products to the multihousing market.
 Martin T. Hart is a Denver-based businessman and investor. A certified public accountant, Hart was chairman and chief executive officer for the world-class Steamboat ski resort in Northwest Colorado and is currently co-managing the development of a ski area and all-season resort in Routt County, Colo. While he was chief financial officer for Pizza Hut, Pizza Hut merged with PepsiCo. Hart also sits on the boards of MassMutual and Schuler Homes.
 In announcing the board members, Inco Homes' President Norris stated, "We are honored to have this highly qualified and greatly respected group of individuals serving on our board. Their distinguished experience encompasses a wide range of fields, from business and academia to real estate development and finance."
 Inco Homes Corp. completed its initial public offering in April 1993. The company's stock is traded on NASDAQ under the symbol "INHM."
 Inco Homes Corp. is a developer and builder of affordably priced single-family detached homes in the San Bernardino, Riverside and Los Angeles counties of Southern California. The company's homes are primarily targeted to the first-time buyer and to a lesser extent, to the first time move-up buyer.
