INBRAND CORPORATION FILES AMENDMENT WITH SEC

 MARIETTA, Ga., Aug. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- INBRAND Corporation announced today it filed an amendment with the Securities and Exchange Commission to its July 16, 1993, registration statement covering a proposed initial public offering of 1,800,000 common shares. Of the total, 900,000 shares are being offered by the company and 900,000 by selling shareholders.
 William Blair & Company and The Robinson-Humphrey Company, Inc. will co-manage the underwriting group. The offering is expected in early September at an estimated price of $12 to $14 a share.
 Net proceeds to the company will be used for the acquisition of the company's existing facility and to repay debt.
 Headquartered in Marietta, INBRAND Corporation designs, manufactures and markets a broad line of disposable adult incontinence products in clinical and retail markets nationwide.
 A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission but has not yet become effective. These securities may not be sold nor may offers to buy be accepted prior to the time the registration statement becomes effective.
