IN WITH A SHOUT; CHAMPIONS LEAGUE DRAW TODAY; Roo roar: We're still fighting and CAN rule Europe.

Byline: DAVID McDONNELL

WAYNE ROONEY says Manchester United enter today's Champions League draw believing they can go all the way and win it.

The United striker was in bullish mood after the 3-0 win over Olympiakos confirmed their place among the last eight of Europe's elite.

The draw features heavyweights Barcelona, Bayern Munich and Real Madrid, and Rooney said: "I think we can win it. In cup football anything can happen. With a bit of luck, hopefully we can go far.

"We're in the quarter-finals so you never know what can happen from there and we're looking forward to the draw.

"You look at the three Spanish teams left in the competition [Barca, Real and Atletico Madrid] and they're all good.

"I know Chelsea lost at Aston Villa, but they're playing good football, and obviously you've got Bayern Munich, and Paris Saint-Germain are playing well.

"It's a talented group of teams left, so whoever we get I'm sure it will be tough.

Regarding the battling comeback win over Olympiakos, the striker added: "Our performances this season haven't been good enough and we owed the manager a big performance.

"We know we're better than what we've done this season."
