IN HOME HEALTH ENTERS 12TH MARKET; ACQUIRES SEATTLE HOME HEALTH COMPANY
 MINNETONKA, Minn., July 21 /PRNewswire/ -- In Home Health, Inc. (NASDAQ: IHHI) has entered into an agreement to acquire Professional Homecare of Washington, Inc., an indirect subsidiary of Health Resources Northwest of Seattle, Wash., it was announced today by Judy M. Figge, president and chief executive officer of In Home Health. The acquisition is subject to the approval of the board of directors of Health Resources Northwest. Terms were not disclosed.
 Seattle is the nation's 14th largest market, Figge said, placing In Home Health in 12 of the 25 largest markets in the United States. Professional Homecare has operated in the Seattle market for eight years under the name Washington Homecare and had revenues of $2.8 million in 1991. It will now operate under the name Home Health Plus.
 "We regard Seattle as an important market for us and intend to build on the strong reputation for home health care established by Washington Homecare in the Puget Sound area," Figge said.
 In Home Health provides health care service to clients of all ages in their own homes. The company currently operates 23 branches and six infusion pharmacies in 11 geographic markets, including Phoenix, Ariz.; Los Angeles and San Francisco, Calif.; Denver, Colo.; Chicago, Ill.; Detroit, Mich.; Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minn., Kansas City and St. Louis, Mo.; Cincinnati, Ohio and Houston, Texas.
