IMPRESSION DELIVERY COMPLETES $3 MILLION LICENSING AGREEMENT WITH LOTTERY ENTERPRISES; IDC'S LIVE MEDIA BROADCAST CLOSES INITIAL ORDER

MINNEAPOLIS, Feb. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Impression Delivery Corporation (IDC) announced today that Live Media Broadcast, a wholly owned subsidiary, has executed a three-year, exclusive license agreement with Lottery Enterprises, Inc. that provides for no less than $3 million in total revenue from its ADPOP(TM) audio delivery systems. Previously, Live Media Broadcast, a development-stage subsidiary, had recorded no revenue.
The initial phase of the agreement involves shipment of 2,500 ADPOP units to Lottery Enterprises, a manufacturer and distributor of lottery vending machines, commencing after April 1, 1993. Under provisions of the license agreement, Lottery Enterprises will have exclusive rights to use the company's ADPOP audio delivery systems in the lottery vending machine marketplace.
The proprietary ADPOP audio delivery system is an extremely compact, programmable, electronic voice recorder created as a highly effective next-generation point-of-purchase advertising medium. Specifically designed for high-traffic retailing environments, the device delivers voice messages -- both persuasive and informative -- to consumers, with multiple impressions, and at extremely low costs when compared to other advertising medium. Advertiser messages are prompted by motion detection at strategic store locations such as point-of-purchase displays, endcaps, or checkout lines.
According to John Priscella, founder and CEO of IDC, ADPOP takes merchandising concepts, such as grocery coupon dispensing machines, a significant step further. "We can give advertisers an invasive, yet tasteful medium that offers almost unlimited flexibility, extremely low cost, and virtually immediate accounting of advertising results. This initial sale to Lottery Enterprises is the first of multiple potential markets, ranging from point-of-purchase retailing to industrial safety."
Impression Delivery Corporation is a publicly traded holding company with businesses engaged in the food industry, biotechnology, and merchandising.
