 IMPACT TELEMEDIA INTERNATIONAL ANNOUNCES NEW DEVELOPMENTS
 IN ADVERTISING DEVICE
 OAKVILLE, Ontario, June 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Impact Telemedia International Ltd. today announced new developments following test marketing of its new device, the "UC'NWIN" machine, in selected retail locations in the United States. The company's new advertising device, which promotes the sale of retail products, has the configuration of a slot machine, but neither accepts nor dispenses money. The winning player receives a prize, either the retailer's product or another prize dispensed by the retailer. Management of the U.S. operating subsidiary is currently engaged in negotiations expected to lead to an order to place the machine in key U.S. retail locations.
 The company also announces substantial completion of negotiations with an international franchisee to operate the machine in Canada, New Zealand and Australia. Prospective franchises will also include Europe, Mexico, South America and Africa. The machine will be leased to retailers for approximately $10,000 to $12,000 (U.S.) per machine. Terms of the franchise agreements are expected to be $3,300,000 upon completion of worldwide franchises plus 7 percent of gross sales or $1 million minimum royalty per year per continent. Franchisees in Mexico, Australia and New Zealand will pay proportionately less. The company will retain 100 percent of all marketing rights within the United States. International franchise documentation is in the course of preparation.
