 IMM RECEIVES FIRST ORDERS FROM THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES
 KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa., Dec. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- International Mobile Machines Corporation (NASDAQ: IMMC) announced today that it has received orders for two Ultraphones (R) digital radiotelephone systems from the Philippines through its distributors SABRI Development Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Philippine Global Communications, Inc. (PHILCOM), an international carrier.
 The systems, one fixed and one transportable, valued at approximately $500,000, mark IMM's entry into the Philippine wireless digital access market.
 "The transportable Ultraphone system was commissioned in late Oc Ultraphone and Ultradata equipment to expand and upgrade their domestic facilities to provide international telecommunication services to its citizens both in metropolitan Manila and remote villages.
