IMCO RECYCLING NAMES PAGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS IRVING, Texas, Nov. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- IMCO Recycling Inc.
(NYSE: IMR) today announced that Jack C. Page, a Dallas-based independent management consultant, has joined its board of directors. His appointment increases the company's board membership to nine.
Page, 66, has broad experience in conducting organizational, marketing, management and computer studies in both the private and public sectors. His work has led to new computer applications in a wide range of industries and he is the author of numerous articles on technical, engineering and marketing topics. Before founding his own business in 1972, Page headed the Dallas and Mexico City Offices of Booz, Allen & Hamilton, Inc., a major international consulting firm. He is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and has served as a member of several of that university's advisory committees and as vice president of its alumni association. Page has also been an officer, director and member of the executive committee of the Dallas Opera.
