IIEP Director Visits ROH Muscat and Grand Mosque.

Muscat, Apr 23 (ONA)--- Khalil Mahshi, Director of the International Institute for Educational Planning (IIEP) who is currently visiting the Sultanate on the occasion of holding the 47th IIEP Advanced Training Programme in educational planning and administration for 2011 - 2012, today visited the Royal Opera House (ROH) Muscat and the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque. The guest toured utilities of ROH Muscat. He expressed his admiration over ROH Muscat potentials and the beauty of building and design. He considered ROH Muscat as a cultural heritage for the Sultanate and the whole world, as well as a prominent landmark for communication among civilizations and different nations. IIEP Director also visited the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque during which he familiarized himself with the mosque's various utilities and its role in disseminating the Islamic culture, besides familiarizing with the mosque's various architectural aspects. --- Ends/ KH
