IHC accepts bail plea of Talha Haroon wanted by US in New York terror attack.

ISLAMABAD -- Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered for releasing on bail a Pakistan origin US national Talha Haroon wanted by US in New York terror attack.

Bail application of Talha Haroon came up for hearing before Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui of IHC Tuesday. Petition was filed by father of Talha Haroon.

The counsel for petitioner Idrees Ashraf advocate appeared in the court.

The court while accepting bail plea adjourned the hearing of the case till October 13 besides issuing notices to the respondents.

Notices were issued to interior secretary, former ADCG Islamabad, Abdul Sattar Essani. DG FIA and others.

The court directed the petitioner to obtain NOC from former counsel Tariq Asad saying if he has to appear in this case then he is required to obtain NOC from Tariq Asad before October 13 and file it before it.
