IGP lauds performance of police contingent in Pakistan Day Parade.
ISLAMABAD -- Inspector General of Police (IGP) Mohammad Aamir Zulfiqar has said the presence as well as performance of Islamabad police contingent in the Pakistan Day parade is pride and honour for the entire force.
Addressing those policemen who participated in the parade, Islamabad Police Chief said that performance of police contingents has been recorded in the annals of history. The IGP exclusively commended SP (Headquarters) Mohammad Aamir Khan Niazi who led the contingent of Islamabad Police.
DIG (Security) Waqar Ahmad Chohan, DIG (Operations) Waqar ud din Syed, SSP (ITP) Farrukh Rasheed, SSP (Headquarters) Irfan Tariq, AIG (Operations) Sardar Ghias Gul were also present on the occasion.
The IGP said that whole contingent would be awarded commendation certificate (CC-I) along with cash reward. On this occasion, he boosted the morale of the personnel and advised them to maintain such good performance in future.
