Dan Bonini, vice president of marketing for Waverly and president of IFDA's New York Chapter, said, "The turnout here is an indication of the soul and strength of IFDA. The opening night also included greetings from Commissioner Luis Tormenta of the Department of Design & Construction. He claimed Mayor Rudolph Guiliani could not make it because he was appearing in the final Seinfeld show.
