 BURBANK, Calif., June 4 /PRNewswire/ -- One wild Friday morning last November, with 8,000 of their biggest fans from all over Michigan on hand, Regis Philbin and Kathie Lee Gifford brought their show, "Live with Regis & Kathie Lee" to Detroit. Don't miss the action as the show is rebroadcast on Tuesday, June 8.
 The Queen of Soul, Aretha Franklin, and the University of Michigan Marching Band headlined the guest list, with pop singing sensation CeCe Penniston offering additional musical backup.
 The Motor City also served as the culmination of the "Live"/Mercury Villager Drive and Dream Vacation Contest. Nine winners of Mercury Villager minivans were on hand for a chance at winning the contest's Grand Prize of $5,000 cash and a customized vacation package.
 And, Michigan's own superjocks modeled after-hours clothing favorites. "Supermodels" included: boxing champ Thomas Hearns, former Lions great Lem Barney, Olympic gold medalist Mark Lenzi, Pistons star Vinnie Johnson and Detroit Tiger John Doherty.
