IDC HOLDINGS, LTD. ESTABLISHES NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM

MINNEAPOLIS, Sept. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- IDC Holdings, Ltd. (IDC), formerly Impression Delivery Corporation, announced today the creation of a streamlined management organization that is intended to facilitate the holding company's transition from the development stage to operational status.
The management reorganization includes Gene Nelson as chief executive officer and president, replacing John I. Priscella. Priscella, the company's founder, will remain chairman of the board. Nelson, previously a vice president, managed the company's gaming operations.
Joel Pike, previously IDC's controller, is chief financial officer, replacing Joseph A. Nielsen, who resigned for health reasons. Tom de Petra remains as chief information officer.
The management restructuring also included the election of Nelson as president of Native American Game Productions (NAGP), the company's Knoxville, Tenn.-based gaming management subsidiary. Nelson has assumed operations management of NAGP upon the resignation of Buel Lombard, the subsidiary's former chief executive officer.
Additionally, three vice presidents, who were instrumental in helping IDC through its early stages, resigned as part of the restructuring.
Priscella noted, "This leaner, more operations-oriented management structure makes IDC more efficient, supports our immediate growth objectives with gaming, and helps ensure further expansion of our other subsidiaries." He added, "Recent achievements, and the evolution necessary for continued success, place an entirely new set of demands on IDC's management team. With respect to those individuals who are leaving, IDC is forever grateful for their contributions to the company's growth and success."
IDC recently announced that its Indian Entertainment Systems (IES) subsidiary secured contracts in connection with the development, construction and operation of a casino project near Victoria, British Columbia and Vancouver, British Columbia. In addition, on Sept. 9, the company announced that Professional Video Association, Inc. (PVA), a recently acquired subsidiary, has executed a five-year purchase agreement valued in the range of $15-20 million.
The company also recently announced that Virotech, Inc., its biotechnology subsidiary, executed a letter of intent with Organetics, Ltd. in connection with a proposed merger or strategic alliance.
IDC Holdings, Ltd., is a publicly traded holding company with subsidiaries engaged in gaming, biotechnology, the food industry and advertising specialties. The company's common stock is listed in the Pink Sheets.
