IDC ELECTS HURSH AS CEO

 MINNEAPOLIS, Dec. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- IDC Holdings, Ltd. (IDC), announced that its board of directors has elected William C. Hursh as chief executive officer of the company. Hursh will succeed Gene Nelson, who resigned to pursue other interests.
 Hursh has served as senior vice president and a director of IDC since June 1992. He was a director and the largest shareholder of Tollefson Farms, Inc., prior to IDC's acquisition of Tollefson in December 1992. For approximately 20 years, Hursh has specialized in securing capital for small growth companies. He has served on the boards of several companies and is currently a director of Summit Brewing Company. He attended the University of Colorado Business School and the Elkins Institute.
 The company also announced the election of Chad Hoehne as chief financial officer, replacing Joel Pike. Due to Tollefson Farms' recent growth, Pike was moved to serve as its chief financial officer. Mark C. Merrill continues as IDC's chief operating officer and as a director.
 IDC Holdings, Ltd., is a publicly traded holding company with subsidiaries engaged in gaming, biotechnology, the food industry, and advertising specialties. The company's common stock is listed in the Pink Sheets.
