IDB ANNOUNCES OPERATING AGREEMENTS FOR IBS SERVICE WITH VENEZUELA AND ARGENTINA

 ROCKVILLE, Md., Feb. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- IDB WORLDCOM, the private line and public-switched voice unit of IDB Communications Group Inc. (NASDAQ: IDBX), announced that the company signed Operating Agreements with TDI, a division of CANTV, of Venezuela and Telintar of Argentina.
 IDB WORLDCOM's agreement with Venezuela, signed on Jan. 27, 1993, by Homero R. Belmar, vice president, Business Development for IDB WORLDCOM, and Oscar Paludi, vice president, Legal for CANTV, enables IDB WORLDCOM to offer the lease of voice and data international business services (IBS) channels with Venezuela via the Intelsat system.
 IDB WORLCOM's agreement with Argentina, signed on Jan. 28, 1993, by Belmar for IDB, H.I. Sastre and V. Giacomelli, Directores Delgados for Telintar, enables IDB WORLDCOM to provide similar IBS services to Argentina via the Intelsat system.
