ICL Networks expands in CT

ICL Networks Industry, a member of the Fujitgu group of companies, has expanded and relocated its corporate offices to Soundview Plaza, 1266 East Main Street in Stamford, Connecticut. Michael Trolle and Michael Weissleder, first vice presidents at CB Commercial Real Estate Group, represented ICL in the five-year lease negotiation for 17,500 square feet of office space. Julie Dodd represented W & M Properties of Connecticut, managing agent for the 180,000-square-foot Class-A building.

Formerly at 777 Long Ridge Road, Stamford, ICL recently moved into one-half of the seventh floor at Soundview Plaza, with sweeping views of Long Island Sound, Trolle said. The lease includes also an option for 9,000 additional square feet.

Trolle said ICL had three priorities in selecting new corporate headquarters. "First, they required a location that would not extend the commute for current and future employees; second, they wanted a building with an image commensurate with a Fortune 100 company; and third, the economics had to be in line with current market conditions.
