ICELANDAIR OFFERS NEW LOW WINTER FARES TO EUROPE
NEW YORK, Dec. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Icelandair today announced it has

introduced special winter bargain sale fares to numerous points across the Atlantic -- Luxembourg, London, Glasgow, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Oslo, Gothenburg and Stockholm. The fares apply to outbound travel from Jan. 12 through March 31, 1992.
Passengers can fly to Luxembourg, the gateway into the rest of Europe, from New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport, or Baltimore-Washington International Airport for only $298 roundtrip, or from Orlando International Airport for $328 roundtrip. These two fares apply to weekday and weekend travel.
Travelers heading to the other cities can go for as little as $338 roundtrip from JFK, and flights to these cities from BWI and Orlando can be taken for only $20 more. Special add-on fares are available from numerous other cities. The fares to all the above-mentioned points give passengers the chance to stop in Iceland for a maximum of three days on the return trip.
Tickets to Luxembourg, London, Glasgow and Amsterdam must be issued within seven days of making a reservation and no later than Jan. 31, 1992. Tickets to the four Scandinavian cities must be purchased within 48 hours of making a reservation and at least seven days prior to departure. A minimum stay of five days to all destinations is required, and passengers may stay up to 30 days. All travel must be completed by April 7, 1992. Tickets are non-refundable, but return tickets may be changed once in Europe for a $100 fee as long as the minimum/maximum stay requirement is met. Other restrictions may apply.
