ICELANDAIR'S MORE FREQUENT FLIGHTS ACROSS THE ATLANTIC KICKS IN
 AT BALTIMORE-WASHINGTON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
NEW YORK, May 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Icelandair is increasing the number of direct flights to Iceland and Luxembourg to six flights per week from Baltimore-Washington International Airport beginning May 30. In addition, the airline flies with optimal connections via Iceland to Copenhagen, Stockholm, Oslo, and London six times per week from BWI, and there are also flights to many other destinations in Continental Europe, Scandinavia, and the United Kingdom.
Icelandair's new Boeing-757 jet aircraft reach the Grand Duchy Daily (except Tuesday.) Last summer, the airline flew to Luxembourg, the heart of Europe, five times per week from BWI.
Summer travelers with Icelandair can also choose to depart form New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport, where the airline operates daily flights across the Atlantic.
While the number of flights has increased, the quality of service remains the same -- top-notch. Passengers will fly Icelandair's new Boeing-757 jet aircraft, and, as always, will have the opportunity to stop in Iceland on the way to other overseas points or visit Iceland on the way back to the United States.
As part of Icelandair's expansion of services, the airline recently made available complimentary limousine service to its Saga Business Class travelers. The reach of this service is extensive throughout the metropolitan area, and passengers beyond certain points can ride for a small fee.
