ICC TECHNOLOGIES ANNOUNCES INTERNATIONAL JOINT VENTURE WITH AN ISRAELI COMPANY

PHILADELPHIA, Jan. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- ICC Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: ICGN) has entered into two agreements with A.B. Avir, Tel Aviv, Israel, to market and manufacture ICC's Desi/Air latent air conditioning systems in six Mediterranean countries.
This joint venture is the second overseas pact by ICC following a similar deal with Dalair, Ltd. last January for exclusive rights to represent ICC in the United Kingdom.
The first agreement grants exclusive rights to represent and distribute ICC products in Israel, Turkey, Cyprus, Greece and Egypt, as well as a non-exclusive relationship in Italy.
The second agreement provides for a joint venture between the companies to build ICC Desi/Air systems as well as new ICC products in Israel. These products would be for distribution in A.B. Avir's territories and potentially other countries in Europe, the Middle East and other areas that can be served economically.
ICC Technologies (NASDAQ: ICGN), headquartered in Philadelphia, develops innovative, efficient space conditioning technologies to address the need of today's commercial marketplace. ICC's products are being marketed to industries with a pressing need for effective climate control and energy management, including supermarkets, hotels, hospitals and nursing homes, large retail outlets and other buildings.
