IBM renews.

Lee S. Neibart, executive vice president of the Robert Martin Company, announced the signing of a major renewal transaction with International Business Machines Corporation for the entire 250,000 square-foot Eastview Office Center in Hawthorne, New York. The lease term will run through Dec. 31, 2000. Fully occupied by IBM upon the building's completion in 1985, the initial lease remains among the top 10 largest transactions in Westchester real estate annals.

In addition to the recent renewal at Eastview, IBM also maintains major installations at Robert Martin's adjacent MidWestchester Executive Park, fully occupying the 85,000 square-foot 17 Skyline Drive building and leasing 17,000 square-feet of office space at 8 Skyline Drive.
