IBIS International.

The IBIS Zero Waste System continues to evolve as a viable means of reducing cost and minimizing solid waste disposal for producers of hygienic products such as baby/adult diapers, feminine hygiene products, bed pads, etc. Reject hygienic products are processed through the Zero Waste System to deliver three distinct fractions--clean SAP, clean fluff pulp and clean plastics/nonwovens. There is a global market demand for all three of these materials.

The system utilizes a multi-pass process of mechanical agitation, centrifugal force and air classification. The end result is baled on fluff pulp, baled plastic and bagged SAP.
