Tenders are invited for I-90 Allston Interchange Placemaking Study

The Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA) is requesting proposals to prepare a Placemaking Study for the area surrounding the I-90 Interchange and the Beacon Park Yards in the Allston neighborhood of Boston. The objective of the Study is to provide a critical evaluation of the proposed MassDOT I-90 roadway and transit infrastructure to ensure that it does not preclude a range of successful urban design, economic development and neighborhood planning outcomes in the future.

Checks should be made payable to the Boston Redevelopment Authority. Only those respondents who purchase a copy of the RFP from the BRA will be eligible to submit a proposal. If the RFP is downloaded from the BRA website, the RFP Fee must be paid at the time of proposal submission.

A Bidder s Conference will be held on Wednesday, August 26, 2015, 10-11am in the BRA Board Room, 9th Floor, Boston City Hall, One City Hall Square, Boston, MA 02201.
