I was too small to satisfy her.

Byline: Rachael

Q I'M 18 and have only had sex five times - each time was a one-off with a different girl. It's never gone further than that because of the size of my manhood.

All the girls have said my penis is so small that I can't pleasure them as much as their other lovers. One girl said she couldn't even feel if I was inside her or not.

The last girl, Liz, actually laughed when I got undressed and got a vibrator out of her bedside drawer saying, "I think we'll need this." I don't know how I managed to perform at all after that, and I've been terrified of getting intimate with a girl since.

My penis is only five inches long and I'm thinking about having plastic surgery to make it bigger. I know it will be expensive, but do you think it is worth it?

Gary

A NO! Penis enlargement surgery - or penoplasty - is a last resort for extreme cases. It involves having fat injected into your manhood to increase girth or length, but can result in a lumpy, misshapen and de-sensitised organ.

I'm sure you must have felt humiliated by your last experience, but she sounds like a nasty piece of work and you're better off without her. Listen carefully Gary: Your penis is NOT abnormally small.

The average penis is three to three and a half inches when flaccid and around five and a half inches erect. And anyway (I wish I had a pound for every time I've written this!) penis size alone does not make you a great lover. If you are caring and sensitive you can give a woman intense pleasure whatever your size.
